Charlotte Ronson All Eye Need in Nicole: A Review

I was pretty eager to pick up another eyeshadow quad from Charlotte Ronson because I've really been loving my All Eye Need in Drea. I've posted a full review and a Makeup Daily using the Drea palette. I picked this quad up in anticipation of summer...beachy bronze and coppers looked pretty good to me. Here's what I thought...

Charlotte Ronson All Eye Need in Nicole
$22
Sephora Exclusive
Contains four eyeshadow shades
Black, plastic packaging, mirror included
"Each shade contains LFT (Light Filter Technology) that automatically adjusts pigments based on your lighting"

Nicole

creamy yellow, light bronze, bright copper, deep brown with fine gold shimmer

Review...
Like Drea, these shades are smooth, pigmented, and blend easily. Also like Drea, these shades are incredibly powdery...so beware of the fall out. Though I was picturing "beachy chic" when I picked up this quad, the look did come out a lot more orange than I anticipated. I was picturing a more "rusty bronze" look but got more of a "blazing orange" look. For this reason I don't see myself getting quite as much use out of Nicole as I do out of Drea (are we talking about makeup or girlfriends?!) but this will a fun, out of the ordinary eye look to play with. As with all the Charlotte Ronson products I've reviewed, I saw no "LFT adjusting pigments" hoopla...I'm not even sure what that's supposed to mean...Anyway...pretty palette, glad I picked it up.

And no, I didn't stop at Nicole...I also picked up the Charlotte Ronson Perfect Nude Kit that includes the All Eye Need in Henrietta...review coming soon.

light bronze shade on inner half on my eye lid, bright copper all over lid, deep brown in crease, yellow shade under my brow and in my inner corner. Deep brown and light bronze shades smudged on my lower lash line

Would I repurchase...
Yes but beware, orange eyes may not be for everyone

    1. Sure, I've never done a step by step full eye look, but I'll certainly give it a whirl! Check back with me in the next few days and I'll have that up for you. Thanks for taking the time to have a look at my blog and leaving a comment!
